| ITC55MTSDGEN Manual Test Socket |

The MTSGEN Generic Test Socket is used with all 55 series models of UIS testers to provide a convenient method of manual avalanche testing for dual devices in a single package. This general manual test socket accepts cables from both ports of the ITC55X00 testers.

- ITC has plug-in boards for the following devices: SOIC*, TSSOP*, SOT23, SOT89, TO220/251, TO252 and TO263. Other plug-in boards are available by special order.
- Maximum DUT breakdown voltage must be limited to the capacity of the ITC55X00 tester model used.
- Kelvin contacts used on most plug-in boards
- Safety interlock included
