ITC55MUX4 DUT Test Expander Box
Want to increase production output from your semiconductor tester?

Adding an ITC55MUX4 allows one tester to handle 4 devices of different configurations and even different types. Internal solid-state relays are used to individually select the polarity of all 4 mux ports at high speed. Drain and Source connections may be switched from N- to P-Channel, if need.

Additional testers can be interfaced through the ITC55MUX4 to connect to individual DUTs. Thus, both dynamic tests and DC tests can be quickly performed without moving the DUT to another test station.

The ITC55MUX4 Control port not only works with ITC testers but it can be connected to other equipment that have an external serial or TTL interface. The MUX can also be operated through a PC parallel interface for added flexibility.

IGBTs, MOSFETs, and diodes in single or dual packages and up to quad configurations as well as other two- and three-leaded devices can be connected to the ITC55MUX4 for device testing.

Features
  • 4 independent Gate-Drain-Source wiring connections.
  • Each port can test different type devices of any polarity configuration.
  • Switching Time = 50S (Standard) 1s High Speed Switching (Option)
  • Gate shorted to Source on DUTs not under test to prevent device turn on.
  • Accommodates common Drain or common Source connections.
  • Total Rdso = 0.031 ohms from DUT to tester.
  • 200V @ 200A for devices with common lead between mux ports (Example: common cathode or common anode)
  • 400V @ 200A capability for devices with no common lead connections between mux ports.
  • Includes ITC input port for mux control directly from ITC testers
  • Includes a parallel input port for PC operation and ITC55X00 Interface
  • 55 MUX4 can be daisy-chained to increase the number of device connections
  • Solid State Relay used to switch between N- and P-Channel DUTs. (Option)
  • Completely supported by PTNET and EM Software
