| ITC55RSF Output Selector Box |

The ITC55RSF Output Selector Box allows the ITC55 series testers to test various pinout configurations of MOSFETs, IGBTs, and dual and single diodes without having to replace the DUT fixture. Special circuitry within the Selector box provides drive for testing dual or single diodes in three-terminal packages as well as testing the reverse bias of IGBTs.

| Under GPIB, front panel display, or PTNet control, the Output Selector box can be programmed so that each of its three test contacts can be a voltage source or sink. |
