TEMPE, AZ - August 18, 2011 - BucklingBeam Solutions LLC, with the support of Integrated Technology Corporation (ITC) has installed a Probilt PB6500 probe card analyzer in Hsin Chu, Taiwan. The system is configured with an Advantest T2000 metrology motherboard to provide service and support capabilities for the T2000 direct dock probe cards.

This move gives BucklingBeam full metrology capabilities and all the necessary interfacing required to support the upcoming high volume wafer test ramps at fabless customer OSAT (Outsourced Assembly and Test) contractors.

Since it first developed direct dock motherboards in 2009, ITC has shipped multiple Probilt systems providing full metrology for direct dock probe cards on both the Advantest T2000 RECT550 and the Verigy V93000 Direct-Probetm interfaces.

BucklingBeam also supports Direct Probe applications on the Verigy 93K platform out of its Texas facility, using the ITC Probilt PB6500, with additional global support to be announced soon.
