March 15, 2006 Tempe, AZ - Probe card analyzer equipment supplier Integrated Technology Corporation (ITC), has shipped several of their latest PB6500 Probe Card Analyzer systems to a leading global provider of innovative microprocessor solutions for computing, communications and consumer electronics markets.

The PB6500 Probe Card Analyzer is used for testing high pin count, high force, vertical probe cards and is the only analyzer in the industry capable of handling 220 pounds of chuck force. Thus far, systems have been shipped to the customer's facilities in the U.S and Germany. This customer has also placed orders for ITC's PB1500 system for use in its German facility, to offer a simple solution for analyzing low pin count, e-test parametric probe cards.
