November 1, 2005 - At ITC, we understand that in order for us to succeed, we must first and foremost service the needs of our customers so that they can become successful. We do this through providing the best equipment that meets the customers needs and then providing the best possible service and application support for each customer's particular application needs.

With this in mind, ITC added Davis Poh and Austin Hsu to its customer service team to directly service its customer base in Taiwan and China. We believe this change has been and will continue to be a service improvement to our customers in Asia. However it does not fit the business model of Kimpsion our sales and service representative for the past 15 years in these countries and so the two companies have mutually agreed to end their relationship. We wish Kimpsion well in their future business endeavors.

Effective immediately, all service will be handled by ITC's direct customer service staff. All service requests in Taiwan should go directly to ITC's Application Engineer: Davis Poh (TEL: 886-970078728, Email: davispoh@inttechcorp.com). In China, all service requests should go directly to our Application Engineer Austin Hsu (TEL: 86-2158881207, CELL: 86-13564708148, Email: Austin@inttechcorp.com). This direct approach to service will not only provide faster response time, but it will put the customer in contact with factory trained service staff to more accurately address our customer's needs.

Sales orders in Taiwan will be handled directly by ITC through our sales manager: Magic Tsay (TEL: 886-910910259, Email: magic@inttechcorp.com).

In China, we are pleased to announce the appointment of AGVA Technologies as our sales representative. AGVA has been our sales representation in the South East Asia market for 7 years. They are very knowledgeable about our equipment and have served our mutual customers well. We believe that this partnership will continue to work well serving the China market.
